Returns
We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or video showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and kept in its original packaging whenever possible. Returns requested for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or error may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not be able to accept returns in the following cases:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please first review your tracking information. In some cases, shipping delays may occur due to carrier or customs processing. If the issue continues, contact us so we can help investigate the matter.
